We are proud to offer the most up to date attire from many of the top designers which are featured in all of the top Bridal magazines. Our team takes special pride in caring for every brides special needs. We offer gowns up to size 30, in some cases we can even do custom measurements. So sit back and relax, we are here to help!
Seamstress Referral Program: We are pleased to offer our Referral Program to our Bridal parties. We are happy to put you in touch with our most experienced seamstresses, they are available to help you achieve a custom fit. You will meet with them in the privacy of their home for a one on one consultation. We will gladly offer one of our Bridal Suites if a fitting is more convenient at our store.
Each seamstress has set their own prices, but what's great is there are no minimum prices, you only pay for the alterations you require. Simply Bridal is not held responsible for any alterations that have been performed.
Express Dresses: Do you need a dress NOW?
We know that things may not always go as planned, you may need to plan your wedding in a month or you have a special event in a few weeks that you need the prefect dress for, let us help.
We offer many designers that have express delivery just for that purpose. We can have your dress to you in 5 weeks or sooner in most cases. We have put together beautiful wedding parties with only a few weeks to spare. No need to worry!
Tuxedo Services: There's nothing better than seeing your groom standing at the front of the church, with that big smile on his face when he sees you for the first time. Now look even closer, how handsome is he in his tuxedo he picked out from Simply Bridal.
Our team is so enthusiastic about helping your tuxedo party look amazing. We enjoy putting together the most up to date styles from the classic look to the new chocolate tuxedo.
We have many styles of jackets, vests, ties, shirts, shoes and accessories to complete the look you want. You may either rent or purchase the tuxedo whichever you prefer. Please contact us for pricing.
We prefer to take the measurements of each person in your party. We realize this is not always possible as many people are from out of town. In this case, we will gladly accept measurements from a professional shop such as a Bridal Shop or Men's Store.
Fitting: We ask that each individual come in for a fitting the week of the wedding. We want to make sure each person in your party knows how the tuxedo is to look as well as making sure that it fits properly.
Each individual has a different body type, some alterations may be needed at the time of fitting. You may ask "You took my measurements, why do I still need alterations"? The answer is, Tuxedos come in a range of sizes, they are not made to your specific body measurements.
We are happy to oblig if alterations are needed, we will take care of it for you in house or obtain a replacement by the next day.
We want your wedding party to look spectacular, leave it to us.

Ordering Procedure: The standard ordering time from the time of order is approximately 5-6 months. It does vary depending on the designer. We want to make sure your order reaches us in a timely manner. Most designers offer a "Rush Delivery" if you need your order earlier. There is an additional fee for this service.
We require 50% of the total purchase price before an order is placed with a designer. Orders will not be placed until all persons have been measured and paid their 50% down.
Each individual will be notified when an order has arrived in the store. Prompt payment with in 10 days is required and greatly appreciated. We will gladly store your order free of charge.
Cancellation/Return Policy: Unfortunetly, there are no returns or cancellations. Due to the special nature of our collections and that most purchases are special orders, manufacturers will not accept merchandise back.
We take extreme care in inspecting garments when they arrive and leave the store. If upon receipt of your garment you find a defect please notify us before taking merchandise out of the store. We can have it replaced by the manufacturer if we return it immediately. No returns can be made for damage or defect after merchandise have left the store. Due to unfortunate cancellation or postponement of a wedding, customer is liable for the unpaid balance and pickup of merchandise. A $50.00 fee per customer is incurred if wedding is cancelled or postponed and merchandise has not yet been ordered.
Sizing: Sizes are determined by your body measurements at the time of your order. Each designer provides us with a size chart to use as a guide in helping determine your size. While we take your exact measurements the garment is not custom made for you. The measurements we take only help to determine which size will best fit you.
Alterations on some part of the garment may still be needed. We will discuss the size we feel will best suit. Please note that changes in body measurements after the order has been placed may affect the way the garment fits when it arrives. Please take these changes into consideration when ordering.
Forms Of Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard, personal checks with a proper ID. Please note: we only accept cash or credit cards on final pickup of merchandise. NSF checks will incur a $35.00 handling fee and must be paid by cash or money order.
Final Touches: When you are ready to come and pickup your dress we will have it pressed and ready for you free of charge. Your dress will be placed in a special garment bag for easy transporting. |
